Abstract: Стаття присвячена висвітленню ролі оптимізації бізнес-процесів підприємства. Досліджено сутність та значення бізнес-процесів підприємства, зокрема будівельного, як інструменту підвищення ефективності його діяльності, проаналізовано особливості запровадження процесного підходу з урахуванням специфіки підприємств будівельної галузі. На основі систематизації основних трактувань поняття бізнес-процесу в статті було визначено сутність бізнес-процесу як послідовності дій, спрямованих на досягнення мети в рамках загальної місії підприємства – надання якісних послуг (виробництва продукції) для забезпечення безперервного поточного виробничого процесу, що передбачає управління потоками на вході та виході, має відповідального виконавця й економічно виміряний результат в умовах невизначеності зовнішнього середовища та обмеженості ресурсів.; The article is devoted to highlighting the role of optimization of business processes of the enterprise. The essence and significance of the business processes of the enterprise, in particular the construction one, as a tool for increasing the efficiency of its activity, were studied, the peculiarities of the introduction of the process approach were analyzed, taking into account the specifics of enterprises in the construction industry. Based on the systematization of the main interpretations of the concept of the business process, the article defined the essence of the business process as a sequence of actions aimed at achieving the goal within the framework of the general mission of the enterprise - the provision of quality services (production of products) to ensure a continuous current production process, which involves the management of flows on inputs and outputs, has a responsible executor and an economically measured result in conditions of uncertainty of the external environment and limited resources.

На основі аналізу публікацій науковців, які вивчають питання повоєнного відновлення та тенденції у сфері будівництва визначено, які перспективи та можливості реалізації сучасних концепцій розвитку житлового будівництва в Україні.; The connection between modern concepts that prevail in the field of construction in the global dimension and the situation that determines the prerequisites for their implementation in the conditions of Ukraine is considered. Based on the analysis of the publications of scientists who study the issue of post-war reconstruction and the tendencies in field of construction, the prospects, and possibilities of implementing modern concepts of the development of housing construction in Ukraine have been determined.

Abstract: У статті доведено, що заклади вищої освіти мають бути повноцінним суб’єктом реалізації концепції та цілей сталого розвитку, а не просто закладом для освіти про сталий розвиток. Обґрунтовано, що впродовж останніх років спостерігається збільшення ролі освіти у реалізації цілей сталого розвитку, по-перше, з позиції трансформації задля забезпечення якісної освіти; по-друге, для забезпечення наукової складової реалізації цілей сталого розвитку; по-третє, для формування середовища задля поширення знань та практик про сталий розвиток; по-четверте, для забезпечення переходу учасників освітніх і наукових процесів від носіїв ідей і принципів сталого розвитку до суб’єктів реалізації сталого розвитку у суспільстві, економіці, культурі, природі.; The article proves that higher education institutions should be a full-fledged subject of the implementation of the concept and goals of sustainable development, and not just an institution for education about sustainable development. It is substantiated that in recent years there has been an increase in the role of education in the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals, firstly, from the standpoint of transformation to ensure quality education; secondly, to ensure the scientific component of the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals; thirdly, to create an environment for the dissemination of knowledge and practices about sustainable development; fourthly, to ensure the transition of participants in educational and scientific processes from carriers of ideas and principles of sustainable development to subjects of sustainable development in society, economy, culture.
