Проаналізовано можливі варіанти кількісної оцінки величини ефективності розподілу інвестиційних ресурсів у виробничу інфраструктуру за сферами. Визначено, що оптимізація фінансування сфер виробничої інфраструктури передбачає розробку науково-обґрунтованої методики розподілу фінансових ресурсів, які забезпечують максимальний економічний ефект від їх реалізації, як за об'єктами, так і періодами, в умовах наявних обсягів власних і позичених ресурсів. Як критерій оптимальності при складанні інвестиційних планів використано максимум валового прибутку. Запропонована економіко-математична модель оптимізації інвестицій у виробничу інфраструктуру меблевих підприємств, порівняно з діючими, дозволяє здійснювати оптимальний розподіл власних і позичених фінансових ресурсів між окремими сферами і періодами, що адекватно максимуму економічного ефекту.; The article deals with the process of optimization of investment sources and their distribution among the spheres of the furniture enterprises industrial infrastructure. Possible variants of quantitative estimation of efficiency of investment resources distribution into industrial infrastructure by spheres are analyzed. It is determined that optimization of industrial infrastructure areas financing involves the development of a scientifically grounded method of financial resources distribution, which provide the maximum economic effect of their implementation, both in terms of objects and periods, in the conditions of available volumes of own and borrowed resources. The maximum gross profit is used as the criterion of optimality when drawing up investment plans. І.; Данилюк, М. О. Abstract: Ряд техніко-економічних особливостей, які впливають на ціноутворення в будівельному виробництві, обумовлюють специфіку методів визначення цін на будівельну продукцію. В сучасних умовах побудови ринкових відносин найбільш поширеним є витратний підхід формування ціни на ринку житлової нерухомості, який разом із вагомими перевагами має й низку недоліків, які свідчать про обмеженість його застосування, а саме: недостовірність відображення вартості прогнозованих доходів; проблематичність розрахунку вартості відтворення старих будівель; складність визначення величини накопиченого зносу старих будівель; окрема оцінка земельної ділянки від будівель; невідповідність витрат на придбання оцінюваного об'єкта нерухомості витрат на нове будівництво точно такого ж об’єкта. У статті досліджуються процеси формування цінової політики на підприємствах будівельної галузі з метою поліпшення їх конкурентоздатності. Розкрито особливості використання витратних методів оцінки нерухомості, їх переваги та недоліки. Проаналізовано основні чинники, що впливають на формування цінової політики підприємств будівельної галузі. Доведено, що витратний підхід доцільно застосовувати при аналізі нового будівництва, визначенні різноманітних варіантів використання землі, оцінці для цілей оподаткування, страхування, наслідків стихійних лих та при необхідності оцінки спеціальних будівель і споруд.; A number of technical and economic features affecting pricing in building production, determine the methods specifics for determining prices of construction products. In today's conditions of building market relations the most widespread is a cost approach to the prices formation in the residential real estate market, which, together with the significant advantages, has a number of shortcomings, which indicate the limited use of it, namely: the unreliability of reflecting the projected income value; the problem of calculating the cost of old buildings reproduction; the complexity of determining the value of accumulated old buildings depreciation; a separate assessment of the land plot from the buildings; the discrepancy between the cost of the acquisition of the estimated property object costs for the new construction of exactly the same object. The article deals with the processes of price policy formation at the building industry enterprises with the purpose of improving their competitiveness. The peculiarities of costly methods use of real estate valuation, their advantages and disadvantages are revealed. The main factors influencing formation of the pricing policy of building industry enterprises are analyzed. Визначено, що концепція старт-спеціалізації передбачає взаємозв'язок між наукою, освітою і економікою, причому у контексті регіонального розвитку мова іде про тріаду «бізнес-наука-громадська сфера». Відповідно до цих відносин мета старт-спеціалізації – це оптимальне використовування потенціалу окремих регіонів і країн через максимальне пристосування можливих напрямів розвитку науки і освіти у цих регіонах або країнах до їх конкретних соціально-економічних умов. Встановлено, що основною перевагою смарт-спеціалізації на рівні регіону є підвищення його конкурентоспроможності та інноваційної активності, оскільки наявність інновацій в сучасному глобалізованому світі є основним фактором економічного росту. Констатовано необхідність впровадження концепції смарт-спеціалізації в Україні в сфері регіональної політики, в першу чергу в напрямі залучення університетів, інших закладів освіти та дослідницьких центрів до визначення порівняльних переваг регіонів та формування стратегій їх розвитку на основі спеціалізації на реалізації таких переваг.; The research is devoted to the economic essence disclosure of smart specialization in the regional development and the identification of impact directions of such specialization on regional competitiveness and innovation activity. It is determined that smart specialization concept involves the relationship between science, education and economy, and in the context of regional development we are talking about the triad "business – science – public sphere". In accordance with these relations, the smart specialization goal is the optimal use of individual regions and countries potential through the maximum adaptation of possible development directions of science and education in these regions or countries to their specific socio-economic conditions. It has been established that the main advantage of smart specialization at the regional level is to increase its competitiveness and innovation activity, because availability of innovations in modern globalized world is a major economic growth factor.
