dc.description.abstractДисертацію присвячено удосконаленню технологій діагностування газоперекачувальних агрегатів в умовах компресорних станцій магістральних газопроводів для забезпечення їх працездатності. В роботі виконано дослідження впливу параметрів діагностування елементів ГПА компресорних станцій на їх технічний стан та забезпечення працездатності. Для цього створено математичні моделі та приведено результати досліджень з оцінки технічного стану газоперекачувального агрегату, визначено діагностичні параметри для виявлення експлуатаційних несправностей, розроблено методи їх ідентифікації та прогнозування технічного стану ГПА.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractDissertation is devoted the improvement of technologies of diagnosticating of aggregates for pumping over of gas in the conditions of the compressor stations of main gas pipelines for providing of their capacity. Research of influence of parameters of diagnosticating of elements of aggregates is in-process executed for pumping over of gas of the compressor stations on their technical state and providing of capacity. For this purpose mathematical models are created and the results of researches are resulted from the estimation of the technical state of aggregates for pumping over of gas, certainly diagnostic parameters for the exposure of operating disrepairs, the methods of their authentication and prognostication of the technical state of aggregate are developed for pumping over of gas Description of the gas-transport system of Ukraine, compressor stations and their equipment is given in the first section. On the basis of analysis of literary sources the basic tasks of researches are formed In the second section for the estimation of capacity of elements of aggregates for pumping over of gas descriptions are built on the basis of application of mathematical models, developed with the use of methods of theory of similarity. As a result of analysis of operating data on the refuses of aggregates for pumping over of gas and classification of disrepairs a functional diagnostic model is select in the third section, the methods of forming of matrices of the state of aggregate taking into account disrepairs and algorithm of decision of equalizations of model are developed with the purpose of exposure of complex of diagnostic parameters. In a fourth section a comparative analysis is conducted and it is rotined that the determined method for recognition of disrepairs appears better probabilistic. A method and observeridentifier disrepairs is developed on the early stage of development in the period of functioning of aggregate after diagnostic parameters. As a result of analysis and generalization of decisions a diagnostic table was formed and a decision rule for the operative exposure of disrepair with the use of boole algebra was build. Developed recommendation for the estimation of capacity of elements of aggregate for pumping over of gas of the compressor station of main gas pipeline on structural models, to built in complex parameters with the use of methods of theory of similarity. Developed recommendation on frequency of questioning of diagnostic parameters depending on character of their changes and algorithms of prognostication of capacity of machines by the methods of control. On the basis of decision of troubleshooting problems the complex of the programs, allowing to determine the array of diagnostic parameters and build the standard graphs for operative determination of disrepairs as a result of treatment of information about character of change of the controlled parameters, is created.
