The main troubles happening during gas and gas condensate wells operations are highlighted. These issues have been considered on the example of YuJiivsk and Pasichniansk fields ofoil gas and gas condensate production and the set of activities for their elimination have been suggested. Thus, to prevent hydrates formation in gas condensate wells in the Yutiivsk oil and gas condensate field it is recommended to carry out methanol supply through inhibitor lines to the wellhead. Besides that, it is necessary to perform periodical injection of hydrate formation into gas condensate wells and their lead lines by different ways with the help of movable pumping unit. The selection of the necessary method should be done due to experimental investigations, separately for the conditions of the certain gas or gas condensate well It was suggested to use the efficient method of eliminating hydrate formation in lead lines ofgas condensate wells for the account of rapid gas flow motion together with hydrate formation inhibitors which will enable to increase the time of hydrate-free operation. To remove fluid which is accumulated in gas condensate wells of the Yuliivsk oil and gas condensate field it is necessary to do periodical injection of surfactant svluiion of different grades and concentration into the annuius of weils and lead lines. I ne operation of gas condensate well of Pasichniansk area in the Bytkiv-Babchensk oil ana gas condensate field under the conditions of salt deposition has been analyzed. For the selection cf optimum method of eliminating salt deposition it is necessary to conduct the research with the purpose of defining the composition and the character of depositions, water and gas. Due to conditions of Bytkiv-Babchensk oil and gas condensate field it is recommended to pump the inhibitor of salt deposition into the annuius and also it is necessary to consider practical periodical injection of acid solutions. The ways of eliminating interior and exterior corrosion inside gas condensate wells of the Yuliivsk area of oil and gas condensate production, underground and surface equipment have been considered To maintain anti-corrosive protection in the wells it is necessary to perform the injection of corrosion inhibitor solution and also to consider the possibility of using liftpipes with special cover and glass-plastic tubing.uk_UA
